Thompson
Mincers are compact, hygienically designed machines capable
of providing a cool, efficient mincing action without squashing
or pulping the product. Thompson Meat Machinery offers a choice
of Different Styles in both appearance and working capacities
that enable the machines to process a variety of products, they
have the capabilities to produce 2500kg/hour of minced meat.
The compact pedestal mincer uses only 700 mm x 800 mm of floor
area (excluding barrel and other accessories). Various options
allow this machine the flexibility to adapt to an array of applications.
Mincing Head sizes of either 42 series (130
mm dia.) or 32 series (90mm dia.) The Thompson Mincer is designed
to mince fresh meat expediently.
The external feed chute ensures efficient
thorough cleaning and sanitisation. A Unique Feature of the
Thompson Elite Mincer is the Removable Stainless Steel Guard
and Feed Chute, this enables complete access, eliminating
any possibilities of debris or bacteria eluding the cleaning
process.
